After using a few tutorials on this site I have created a simple Rt/St crypter.
Most people are trying to sell stuff like this. Since I got everything I need from this site to make it I will release it for free.

- Crypter is made in VB2008
- Works with XP and Vista although it is buggy on Vista
- Works on 32bit (x86) systems
